Introduction
Mohan brings with him valuable experience from some of the industry leaders. With over 12 years of expertise, he has served clients in industries like Employee Benefit Plans, Project Audits (particularly Real Estate Audits), and Fund Audits. Mohan’s responsibilities include designing customized audit services, leading audit teams, and reviewing work papers. He has successfully managed engagements from initial client contact to report finalization, supervised and trained staff, and maintained effective client communication. Mohan’s ability to identify and resolve accounting and auditing issues has been instrumental in delivering comprehensive services.
Prior to TCB, he worked as a Team Lead at leading firm, where he performed audits, reviews, and compilations. Additionally, Mohan gained experience as a Manager, supporting audit engagements and assisting with audit documentation. These diverse experiences have honed his skills and expertise in the field.
Personal Interest
Some of Mohan’s personal interests and hobbies include reading autobiographies to gain insights into the lives of individuals, expanding his knowledge in psychology, playing cricket, and cherishing quality time with friends and family. These activities not only provide him with intellectual stimulation but also allow him to engage in physical activity and maintain meaningful connections with loved ones. However, he truly treasures the moments spent with his close ones, as they bring him happiness, support, and a sense of belonging.
